International Programs works with global partners to build the capacity of countries in Agriculture and the Environment in terms of: Research, Extension, and Education. In 2013, the University of California, Davis, ranked No. 1 in the world for teaching and research in the area of agriculture and forestry, according to rankings released (May 2013) by QS World University Rankings.
A major area of demand is helping countries better develop and deliver information to support more highly integrated production-postharvest and market systems (often involving High Value crops).
