In 2011, UC Davis started a collaborative project with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). This project is bringing medicine and agriculture together to help AIDS sufferers in remote parts of Kenya. UCSF is providing the medical input and UC Davis is providing the technical agricultural assistance, education, training and materials to support Kenya.
